[Kujūkuri, Chiba] Erika Sugihara—picture book author and official PR ambassador of Kujūkuri Town—has announced she will host a special “Picture Book Therapy” session at the historic Myōkakuji Temple on Saturday, September 27, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
For years, Sugihara dreamed of holding this event at her beloved hometown temple, and now that vision is finally becoming reality.
Adding to the excitement, Sugihara will also unveil her brand-new picture book, “The Secret of Little Hamaguri,” the first story ever set in Kujūkuri Town.
Sugihara shared her anticipation for the day, saying:
“I truly look forward to creating a moment where everyone can feel the unique charm of Kujūkuri and the warm healing power of picture books.”
