[Toyonaka, Osaka] — Michio Inoue, representative of “Kokoro Care with,” is expanding her activities through counseling and psychology courses based on NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Transactional Analysis (TA). Drawing on her own life experiences, she is especially dedicated to supporting survivors of sexual violence, helping those who suffer from trauma caused by sexual abuse.
Core Activities: Psychological Support Using NLP and Transactional Analysis
Based in Toyonaka City, Osaka Prefecture, Inoue is a certified NLP Trainer and Coach (U.S. NLP Association) as well as a Transactional Analysis Counselor. In addition to individual counseling sessions, she actively holds NLP and psychology certification courses.
As a single mother of two children with developmental differences, her personal experiences allow her to connect deeply with her clients and offer heartfelt support.
Currently, Inoue is also offering free NLP trial lessons. On Instagram, she shares compassionate video reels aimed at supporting those who have experienced sexual violence, using social media as a tool for awareness and healing.

Inoue’s ultimate goal is to build a nationwide support network for sexual violence survivors, starting from her base in the Kansai region.
She dreams of becoming known as the “Mother of Toyonaka”—a trusted counselor who brings comfort and empowerment to women struggling with emotional pain.
Her vision is clear: “When women regain their strength, their families and children will also flourish — and ultimately, Japan itself will become a happier, healthier place.”
