The “Minna de Enjoy! Kids’ Marche with sassily” (Let’s all enjoy! Kids’ Market with sassily), a market supporting children’s desire to “give it a try!”, will be held on Sunday, October 19, from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM, at the area under the elevated tracks of Shiinamachi Station.
The event will take place rain or shine.
Of particular note is the recruitment for “Taiken Kodomo Tencho” (Trainee Child Store Manager), where children can experience the work of running a shop!
Trainee Child Store Manager Recruitment Overview:
* Target: Elementary school students and above
* Participation Fee: \text{\yen}1,500
* “Salary”: A \text{\yen}500 experience ticket usable at the Marche on the day!
* Experience Time: Available in a Morning Session (10:30 AM – 12:00 PM) or an Afternoon Session (1:30 PM – 3:00 PM).
* Content: Children will closely experience store operations by supporting the adult store manager. They can also enjoy one favorite workshop (worth \text{\yen}500) during their experience time!
Examples of Participating Shops:
The Marche features a variety of shops, including a sweets shop (penny candy/lottery), Mimosa Cafe (drinks/workshops), Lemon Date Motoyawata (lemon cake), A-sobo! (workshops), Fude-e-moji Kassy (handprint art/name personalization), and kitchen cars (crème brûlée sweet potatoes, hot dogs).
Children who think, “I want to run my own shop but don’t feel confident…” are encouraged to take on the challenge as a “Trainee Child Store Manager”!
