International Chinese Medicine Dietitian Yuka Itadani to Speak at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai

Yuka Itadani, International Chinese Medicine Dietitian and CEO of Dish+, is gaining nationwide attention for her unique approach to health, using the principles of Oriental medicine and yakuzen (medicinal cuisine). She is set to speak at the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, marking a major step toward her goal of globalizing a Japanese-born concept: “Yakuzen for adjusting one’s way of life.”

Revolutionizing Wellness: Corporate Training and Individual Support
Itadani’s activities focus on preventive healthcare, physical constitution improvement, and health management for corporations, providing knowledge that is “not just learned and forgotten, but is a foundation for life.” She operates as the CEO of Dish+, an International Chinese Medicine Dietitian, and a Corporate Trainer.

She has conducted numerous health seminars for diverse industries (including construction, beauty, education, and food service), supporting “health management” initiatives. Her guidance on using yakuzen to resolve “mental fatigue and life’s uncertainties” has supported over 300 individuals, highlighting the personal impact of her work. Furthermore, she provides individual counseling, lectures at educational institutions, and is preparing to launch an Oriental Yakuzen Online School. She has also been featured in various media, including radio and newspapers.

Goal: Oriental Medicine as the Next Generation’s “Liberal Arts”
Itadani aims to elevate Oriental medicine from alternative therapy to a “next-generation liberal art” that is integrated into society. Her overarching goal is to spread Japan’s “Yakuzen for adjusting one’s way of life” globally.
The upcoming presentation at Expo 2025 is expected to serve as a crucial platform to share her philosophy—that understanding one’s body through the wisdom of Oriental medicine is fundamental to “adjusting one’s way of life” and improving overall well-being.
