Noriko Takahashi (@noriko.takahashi777) is a dedicated Conditioning Trainer who specializes in helping individuals achieve an effortless and comfortable body through gentle adjustments. Her focus is on resolving common issues such as stiff shoulders, lower back pain, and poor posture to ensure her clients start every day in “good condition.”
Beyond her wellness expertise, Ms. Takahashi is a multifaceted artist and a 2nd generation student of the Artist Performer program. She is currently an avid enthusiast of heel walking, incorporating poise and strength into her physical training.
Ms. Takahashi recently appeared as a performer in the Yokohama Arts Show Collection 2025. She took the stage in the spectacular production titled “Nansō Satomi Hakkenden” (The Legend of the Eight Dog Warriors of Satomi).
The performance featured stage combat direction by Sadahiko Saito (@sadahikosaito) and choreography by Sayaka Sekino sensei (@sayaka.sekino). The show was supported by Artist Performer (@artist.performer) and Waobi (@wao.bi.38), with official photography provided by @morrie.go.
