Aika Morita, known online as @aisensei2020, has announced the launch of her new initiative as a “Self-Love Cultivation Mentor” for mothers. The program is driven by her wish to see more “radiant mothers” across Japan.
A Message to Japanese Mothers
Morita’s message deeply resonates with the experiences of Japanese mothers, acknowledging the joy children bring but also the moments of struggle and self-doubt. She speaks directly to the pain of comparison and the feeling of failure when things don’t go as planned, recognizing that mothers may sometimes blame themselves, thinking: “Is my approach wrong?” or “If I wasn’t the mother, my child might be happier.”
Program Focus and Goals
Morita aims to help mothers break free from these looping struggles and live authentically and radiantly. Her support is offered through a combination of three key techniques: Counseling, Coaching, and Healing.
The overarching goal is to create a positive ripple effect:
• When mothers live happily, their children can live with a sense of security and hope by watching them.
• By increasing the number of such happy mothers, Japan will transform into a nation with higher levels of well-being.

About Aika Morita
Aika Morita is a veteran in the field of early childhood education. She is the founder of AsoVIVA and the host of Tokyo Coffee 268 in Saitama City. Her background includes 16 years of experience as a kindergarten teacher, supporting over 3,000 mothers.
As a Self-Love Cultivation Mentor, her mission is to help mothers learn about love and self-love, contributing to a society where they can confidently love their children, leading to a “happier Japan.” She offers Self-Love Cultivation Sessions focused on the themes “You are loved” and “A kindergarten where the parent’s heart grows.”
