Rina Fujikawa to Host Book Launch Events for “The Rules of Meals That Foster Children’s Motivation”

Rina Fujikawa, an expert in home-cooked meals that nurture children’s talents, will be holding book launch events to commemorate the release of her book, “Kodomo no Yaruki wo Sodateru no Housoku” (The Rules of Meals That Foster Children’s Motivation). The book was released on October 29th.
Fujikawa, who oversees three nursery schools and seven support facilities for children with developmental disabilities, is also an instructor, culinary school owner, and former pastry shop owner.
The events will be free participation workshops focusing on hand-making Furikake and Miso-Dama (miso balls).

Fujikawa is recognized as a specialist in utilizing home-cooked meals to cultivate children’s potential. Her book addresses parents’ concerns, acknowledging that while they understand the importance of a child’s diet, they may not know “what is truly right” or “if they are poor at cooking.” The message to parents is: “It’s okay. What’s important is a little knowledge, ingenuity, and choosing wisely.”
The book’s themes revolve around how motivation and concentration can be developed through meals.
