Noriko Ogasawara: Kimono Stylist and Instructor Receives Early Morning Booking

Noriko Ogasawara, a highly-skilled kimono stylist and instructor, shared an update about a recent early morning house call for a dressing service, following a previous request for a school entrance ceremony.

Ms. Ogasawara, who holds the national certification of Level 1 Kimono Dressing Technician (recognized by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare), expressed her gratitude for the repeated booking. She also provided hair arrangements for both the mother and her daughter.

The daughter, who had grown her hair long specifically for the Shichi-Go-San (Seven-Five-Three) rite of passage ceremony, was given a traditional Japanese hairstyle. Ms. Ogasawara reported that the client was very pleased with the result.
Ms. Ogasawara offers her services, including free trial lessons, at the Tenga Kimono Academy Nara School. She is also an Oshima Tsumugi Ambassador and provides on-site dressing services for various occasions, including Furisode (long-sleeved kimono) and long-sleeved dresses.
