I am quietly supporting “Tanjoji-mura,” a local revitalization group for the Tanjoji district, through the power of AI and storytelling.
In Tanjoji-mura, local residents share photos they’ve taken via LINE. The SNS manager then uses these photos to create posts.
The challenge is that the SNS manager is someone who contributes to local revitalization while living in a place far from the local area. This makes the task of describing the feel of the scenery or the sense of the season in writing a significant burden.
Therefore, I created a “Tanjoji-mura dedicated writing support GPT,” which has been trained on the nature, seasons, and daily life of the Tanjoji district. I use this tool to assist in building the foundation of the writing.
Each single photograph captured by the local residents quietly holds a small narrative:
- A moment when the wind passes through
- The seasonal color of changing light
- The accumulation of daily life
My work with the GPT behind the scenes is to gently support the process so that: - The manager, who is involved from a distance, can easily put these stories into words.
- The charm of the region continues to be conveyed with warmth.
