Kaede Doi, a prominent IFBB Wellness Professional, has announced a major career transition to focus entirely on her competitive bodybuilding goals. After balancing a dual career as a corporate employee and a professional athlete, Doi has decided to “graduate” from her corporate role by the end of 2025.
Starting in 2026, she will dedicate herself fully to competing on the global stage. Doi expressed that as her desire to compete at the prestigious Olympia in Las Vegas grew stronger, she realized the physical and mental limitations of maintaining a professional office job alongside elite-level training. She described this decision as a result of serious self-reflection regarding her future and what she needs to commit to right now to reach the top of the sport.
In conjunction with this new chapter, Doi has released a specialized “Glute Training e-Book” to share her expertise. The guide, which became available on January 1, 2026, covers her specific training philosophy, form techniques to maximize muscle engagement, and a comprehensive three-day training plan.
Doi extended her deep gratitude to her supporters and sponsors who have enabled her to reach this point. By moving away from her “office worker x pro athlete” lifestyle, she aims to bring her best physique yet to the international stage and secure her place among the world’s best at the Olympia.
