TOMOMI: FROM BREAST CANCER SURVIVOR TO MRS. OF THE YEAR GRAND PRIX WINNER

Tomomi, a dedicated mother of four and an esthetician, has captured public attention after winning the Fukuoka Grand Prix at the Mrs. of the Year 2025 pageant. Her journey to the crown is a testament to resilience, as she has spent years navigating a grueling battle with breast cancer.
Throughout her diagnosis, Tomomi underwent three major surgeries. Rather than letting the illness define her, she chose to use her experience as a catalyst for personal transformation. She entered the Mrs. of the Year pageant with a singular mission: to live authentically and prove that beauty and strength can thrive even after profound hardship.
Currently, Tomomi balances a multifaceted career in the beauty and performance industries. In addition to her work as an esthetician specialized in herb peeling, she is a passionate belly dancer and walking instructor. She also manages a business dedicated to the sale and rental of formal dresses, helping other women find their own confidence through fashion.
By sharing her story on a national stage, Tomomi aims to inspire other survivors to embrace their lives fully. She continues to shine in the Japan Final, where she recently received a special judges’ award for her grace and determination.
