Chiaki Shinoyama, a digital creator and former elementary school teacher, is sharing transformative insights on how to align your life with the natural flow of the universe. Drawing from her personal journey of overcoming adaptation disorder and self-imposed limitations, she now translates life’s deeper meanings through the lens of the Mayan Calendar.
According to Chiaki, navigating the current “Second Castle” period requires a shift in focus. Here are three things she suggests you stop doing to prepare for the great transformation ahead.
1. Stop pushing relentlessly
During this season, what you feel is more important than what you do externally. There is no need to force progress. Sometimes, standing still is the only way to see the signs and messages that you would otherwise miss in the rush of daily life.
2. Stop being reactive to your reality
When the same patterns repeat, it is a clear signal that there are underlying beliefs you have yet to release. Instead of merely dealing with the symptoms of your reality, look inward. Identifying the internal cause prevents the same problems from resurfacing.
3. Stop clinging to a single answer
When things don’t go as planned, the urge to find a quick fix is strong. If you have a habit of self-criticism, take a step back. The key is not asking “how do I change this?” but rather “why did I feel this way?” Your true feelings are the ultimate hint for your next step.
THE PATH TO SELF-DISCOVERY
Chiaki emphasizes that transformation begins with self-knowledge. The effort you put into facing yourself during this phase directly determines the scale of your evolution in the upcoming “Third Castle” period.
As a “translator of your authentic life,” Chiaki helps others return to their true selves and enjoy life once again. She currently has only four slots remaining for her February Mayan Calendar sessions, where she helps clients uncover their innate essence.
