CLAY ARTIST TRAINED BY AMERICA’S NO.1 OVERSEAS PUBLISHING COACH TONY ROPPON ACHIEVES NO.1 BESTSELLER ON AMAZON U.S.

A Japanese clay artist who studied under Tony Roppon (Tatsuya Roppongi), widely known as America’s No.1 Overseas Publishing Coach, has achieved an outstanding milestone by reaching No.1 on the Amazon U.S. bestseller rankings with her latest eBook.

The artist, Chieko Sato, also known by her creative name Sugar Marble, is a picture book author and clay artist based in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan. Her clay art photo book has received overwhelming praise both in Japan and internationally, securing top positions on Amazon bestseller lists in multiple categories.

This achievement was accomplished during a free download campaign for her 17th overseas publication, the clay art photo collection titled “Lovely Circus Land.” The book features a whimsical fantasy world where animal musicians and clowns perform together in a musical circus brought to life through handcrafted clay art.

“I would be happy if people around the world could enjoy the music of this circus land, played by clay animal musicians and clowns,” Sato commented.

Her work was highly evaluated across several categories, including Pop Culture (Graphic Design) as well as Craft and Mixed Eastern–Western Art styles, earning her the No.1 ranking on Amazon U.S.

Sato has established her own original genre called “Rock Ray Art,” specializing as a clay artist dedicated to rock musicians. Based in Nagoya, she continues to create unique collaborations between music and visual art, expanding her creative activities both domestically and globally.

This No.1 ranking is not a coincidence, but rather the result of a proven overseas publishing methodology taught by Tony Roppon. The success demonstrates that Japanese creators—regardless of genre or medium—can gain global recognition when their work is strategically designed and presented for the international market.

Tony Roppon states,

“Creative value is not determined by borders. With the right structure and global publishing strategy, Japanese creativity can always be recognized worldwide.”

The fantasy-filled circus world of joyful, rock-inspired clay animals is available for free download until Monday, December 29 at 4:00 PM (JST).
